Shipping with Peggy is designed to be easy and cost-effective for both you and your collectors. Collectors cover the shipping cost, and Peggy does not mark up shipping fees. Instead, collectors are presented with the most affordable, reliable shipping options based on location, artwork dimensions, and value.

Available Shipping Options

1. Local Pick-Up
   Ideal for collectors in the same city, this option minimizes shipping costs and encourages local sales. Only the city location will be visible to collectors until the sale is finalized. If a collector chooses pick-up but can't complete it, our support team will coordinate an alternative shipping solution.

2. Domestic and International Shipping
   For artworks requiring longer-distance travel, Peggy offers both Domestic and International shipping options with two levels of service:

   • Self-Ship: With Self-Ship, you handle the packaging and drop-off. ARTA will email you a shipping label—simply attach it to your securely packed artwork and drop it off at the designated courier or collection point. This is a budget-friendly option and works well for smaller pieces.

   • Full-Service Shipping and Art Handling: For artists seeking a hands-off solution, Full-Service Shipping provides professional packing and transport. ARTA will contact you to schedule a pickup, come to your location, package the artwork, and arrange for shipping on your behalf. This service is best suited for larger artworks, as it offers a white-glove experience, though it is more costly for the collector.

Important Note on Transit Insurance

Every shipping option, from local pick-up to full-service, includes transit insurance, ensuring that your artwork is protected throughout its journey.
