What is Peggy?

Why have I been charged?
If you are seeing a charge on your credit card, either you:
- Submitted an offer to an artwork which prompted a 10% temporary deposit that is held until your offer is confirmed. If your offer is not accepted, the hold will be released.
- Completed payment of an artwork after winning an auction.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
Every time you complete a purchase we send you a receipt to your email. If you do not see one, please check your spam folder or contact us.
